This Medical Disclaimer supplements the Thymo Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and explains the medical, legal, and safety context in which the App is provided. In the event of any conflict between this Disclaimer and those other documents, the most protective disclaimer applies.

2. What Thymo Is (and Is Not)

Thymo is:

• A personal tracking and journaling tool
• A way to log peptide dosing, cycles, injection sites, symptoms, and progress over time
• A reminder and organization system for self-directed wellness protocols

Thymo is NOT:

• A medical device, under FDA 21 CFR Part 820 or any equivalent regulation
• A diagnostic tool
• A pharmacy, telehealth service, or prescribing platform
• A supplier, distributor, or reseller of peptides, compounds, or any pharmaceutical products
• A substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare provider
• A source of medical advice, recommendations, or treatment protocols

Thymo does not perform clinical-grade monitoring, diagnose conditions, adjust dosing, flag adverse events, or replace laboratory testing, physical examination, or ongoing medical supervision.
