🔒 Your health data belongs to you. Thymo is built around a privacy-first design philosophy: the Developer collects the minimum data needed to run the Service, does not sell your data, and does not use your health data for advertising.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how the individual developer who owns and operates Thymo (the "Developer", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the mobile application Thymo (listed on the Apple App Store as "Thymo: GLP-1 Peptide Tracker", the "App" or "Thymo"). The Developer's legal identity is disclosed publicly through the Apple App Store "Seller" field for the App.

This Policy applies to all users of the App. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

Per Apple's guidelines, HealthKit data is not used for advertising, data mining, or any purpose other than providing you health and fitness features within the App.
