1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the mobile application Thymo (listed on the Apple App Store as "Thymo: GLP-1 Peptide Tracker", the "App", "Service", or "Thymo"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and the individual developer who owns and operates Thymo (the "Developer", "we", "us", "our"). The Developer's legal identity is disclosed publicly through the Apple App Store "Seller" field for the App.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for adults only. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You are not barred from using the App under applicable law
• You will use the App solely for personal, non-commercial wellness tracking

The App is not directed to minors, and the Developer does not knowingly allow users under 18 to create accounts.

3. Description of the Service

Thymo is a personal wellness journaling tool that allows users to log and review self-directed peptide and wellness protocols, including:

• Dosing logs and cycle tracking
• Injection site rotation
• Symptom and wellness journaling
• Progress photos
• Personal reminders and history
